SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
Fill out my contact form with all of your information and provide me with as many details regarding your trip as possible. This will help me know how to best proceed regarding your trip prior to talking! If you aren’t sure about how to answer, that’s okay. We will dive in when we talk!
SCHEDULE A FREE CONSULTATION
Once I have your form, I will reach out to you via email. This email will be a formal reach out to schedule a time that is convenient, for us to hop on a phone call. On this call, we will dive into all the nitty gritty details regarding your trip. These details will range from your destination, timeline, must-sees, budget, etc. We can even book right then!
CUSTOMIZING THE TRIP
Now that I have all the information I need from you, I will be your personal trip planner moving forward. I will take a few days looking for the best deals for your trip and coming up with options specific to your requests, saving you time and leaving you stress-free! I will send upwards of 3 different options for you to look over, within your budget.
REVIEW AND ADJUST
You as the client, will now take time to review the options provided to you. This is also a great time to suggest any adjustments if needed!
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once an option best suited for you and your trip expectations has been selected, we will hop back on a call and go through the booking confirmation and payment process together.
PRE-TRIP SUPPORT
Start counting down the days, your trip is near! Leading up to your departure date, I will be here to answer any questions you may have, sharing travel tips, packing guidance, confirming reservations, and giving you any updates regarding your trip.
TRAVEL WORRY FREE
Just because your trip has began, my job didn’t stop! If anything comes up on your trip—questions, concerns, delays, changes, issues, etc.— I am just a phone call or email away to help!
